Shipping and Return Policy
Flat Rate Shipping - We offer a flat rate $4.95 shipping charge to all street addresses in the continental US.
Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and APO/FPO - Shipping starts at $8.95, but may be subject to additional charges. Please see each individual product page for more information.
Expedited Shipping - To keep our shipping rates simple, we've opted for a price-tier for expedited shipments. Available for shipments to the Continental US only.
Please note: Expedited orders placed before 12PM PST on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12PM PST or on weekends will be shipped via the selected speed on the following business day. Also please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays. Next Day orders placed on a Friday after 12PM PST will not ship until Monday and be delivered Tuesday. Next-Day orders placed on a Friday before 12PM PST will be shipped Friday and be delivered Monday. Shipping Method
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest and most reliable method possible. We will notify you via email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for our carriers to propogate their system and update tracking information. Depending on how close you are to our Costa Mesa warehouse, please allow 1-10 business days for your shipment to arrive.
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the “International Customers…Click here to pay” button. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
